Product Lead Growth
Came across a great Twitter storm about Product Lead Growth. Product Lead Growth (PLG) is how users naturally spread your product just by using it. Eg Zoom spreads by setting up the next call, or when you join Slack, you invite teammates.
Why is PLG critical? It scales, it often has little to no marginal cost, it's defensible, it has network effects, and it can build moats:
Crypto 🚀 and Exponential Blindness
Decentralised Finance or Defi meaning finance (swapping assets, lending etc) done on the blockchain is growing like a weed:
With graphs showing the adoption of Defi above, it still astounds me that most people still haven’t heard about Defi and most think it will never take off. But it’s happening, yields on crypto dollars of 37% are a big incentive.
So I wrote about our inability to understand the exponential function in Exponential Blindness.

Meet our new pup, Murphy (he’s totally cute ❤️). Now I get why Andrex has been using a golden lab puppy in their adverts for 50 years. We literally cannot go for 5 mins without being stopped when walking this little guy. He’s a born natural marketing machine.
